Hey, I’m Jake—wedding photographer, moment-catcher, and low-key emotional support human on your big day!
I’m here for the couples who want their photos to feel like real memories—not just posed moments, but genuine emotion and beauty woven together. The ones who care about the way their day looked and the way it felt. My style is calm, observant, and intentional—I’ll step in with gentle direction when you need it and fade into the background when you don’t.
With a background in engineering, I’m great at staying cool under pressure and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It also means I bring a love for planning, attention to detail, and strong organization skills to every wedding I photograph. But photography? That’s where my heart is. Weddings are fast-paced, emotional, and filled with once-in-a-lifetime moments—and I’m honored every time I get to capture them.
When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll find me hiking the trails around Northern Virginia, drinking loose leaf tea, or chasing golden hour with my camera in hand.
